Beyond the ordinary

Prior to forming “The Pink Power Group LLC” Lynette Nelson, founder of The Pink Power Group, dedicated 19 years to the American Cancer Society as an educator and advocate for breast cancer awareness and prevention. This work became more than just a career—it became her passion. Throughout her journey of community service, Lynette’s sisters, other family and community members supported her efforts by volunteering alongside her to make a difference. After retiring from The American Cancer Society, Lynette decided to continue her meaningful mission of helping communities heal. Sharing her dedication and vision, her sisters—Gwendolyn, Joann, and Patresa—joined her in carrying this important mission forward throughout Williamsburg County and beyond.

Pink Power Group LLC is a dedicated organization committed to improving cancer awareness, prevention, and support to those with limited healthcare resources. The Pink Power Team’s mission is to empower and inspire individuals and communities across South Carolina and beyond to take control of their health and well-being.

With the help of volunteers, donors, family and friends the organization will continue to positively impact lives.
